Vapasa, Mini Bolster from B-LIGHT are a small pillow, 35 x 15 cm, made from robust organic canvas cotton fabric. It has two bags, one to keep the stuffing in place and one for protection that can be easily taken off for washing purposes. YKK-zippers. Before you use it you need to add stuffing to the inner bag. I suggest you take organic whole wheat, the bag capacity is 1,5 kg. If you want a lighter and softer feeling you can add slices of fabric or foam rubber. For practical reasons Vapasa is sold without stuffing. You can buy whole wheat here.

Example of usage:

• Put it in the microwave oven for 4-5 minutes and bring to bed cold nights
• Put it on your neck for a comfortable and relaxing feeling.
• Bring it to your car and use as back support.
• Put it in the freezer for a couple of hours and bring to the bed on warm nights
• Put it wherever you want a cold feeling
• As support for back and/or neck while relaxing in the sofa.
• Meditation pillow
• Yoga pillow
