How to find natural cotton sports clothing online
Our opinion is that most people buy their workout wear dependent on what is available in the sport store, including web clothing stores and online sportswear shops. The current sportswear fashion is decided by the big sport chain brands and most likely not by you. If you search for sustainable sportswear you will find none of the bigger brands on page one of Google. Out of curiosity we clicked on the highest ranked company and searched for “organic” on their page. The result surprised us “No results found”.
Do you even sell organic sportswear?
We also changed the search to “organic sportswear” and the result was the same. How can the highest ranked company for “organic sportswear” not have any organic sportswear? It amazed us a bit. The two keywords, “organic” and “sustainable” will take the searchers, customers, to a site which doesn’t provide what they search for. No, we did not click on any ad. Many of the sponsored ads can be misleading and not provide accurate results either.

The conclusion about organic vs synthetic sportswear
You actually will find synthetic and antibacterial fabric that may cause allergy, not to mention how it affects the planet, if you follow your searches. With this in mind, my conclusion is to wear organic fabric as often you can if your exercise is not highly intensive. For high intensity you can choose other materials. You also don’t sweat the same all over your body. Choose shorts and t-shirts depending on how much you sweat.
Example of low-intensity sports:
-
- Yoga
- Golf
- Skateboard
- Tai-Chi
Personally, I use organic cotton clothing for all sports, both low and high-intensity . I like it! The choice is yours!
