Rainbow Light Yoga prefer organic yoga wear
In southwestern France is a small village called Coudures. The village has 500 inhabitants and about 5 % are British and European immigrants.
Coudures is not only famous for its nice surroundings and nature or its 13th-century Anglican Church but also for hosting Rainbow Light Yoga. A wonderful retreat center and yoga teacher training facility.
“RainbowLight Yoga is rooted in ancient Indian and Tibetan thought. The best way to describe RainbowLight Yoga as a style is “hatha-vinyasa flow” and “spiritually oriented”. Sooner or later, a teacher will know what to teach, when to teach and how much. In Tibetan, this quality is called “ma ke den” – master teacher. So, you will find that every class is tailored to the abilities of the students present.”
The facility is run by the couple Glen and Sunshine Ross. Glen has over 20 years experience in the hotel and leisure, spa wellness industries. Sunshine is an educated Yoga resident teacher lead instructor and also has a bachelor degree in psychology.

Organic clothing and Yoga = TRUE
The benefits of wearing organic clothing when practising yoga may not seem overwhelming but keep in mind that your choice of clothing has an impact on the planet as a whole. Yoga stands for unity which includes taking care of the planet and make as small footprints as possible. Your skin actively absorb what is exposed to it.
