YEDTalks, Yoga Every Day Podcast with Lindsey & Emma

Free yoga podcasts with Lindsey & Emma, Yoga Teachers in Scotland
Yoga teacher Lindsey Porter (yoganuu.com) and Emma Frame (www.yog-ee.com) have started broadcasting YEDTalks, sharing Yoga Every Day via Podcasts since the beginning of 2017.
Lindsey has a project management background, working for various banking organisations in different countries. Together with Emma Frame, who has a background in media and marketing, they have combined their skills to help spread the benefits that yoga can bring to all minds and bodies.

B-LIGHT is delighted to be connected and supporting YEDTalk podcasts. Inspiring stories and insights from yogi’s around the world offering Yoga Every Day. These great podcasts which are free to listen to and can be found on Soundcloud, Itunes, PlayerFM and Overcast were started by Lindsey Porter of www.yoganuu.com and fellow yoga teacher Emma Frame of www.yog-ee.com both based in Scotland.
When I asked Lindsey what inspired her to create these she said, ‘as a yoga teacher I’m passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone and wanted to do something that helps spark a curiousity in what yoga is or can be about. When I met up with Emma she felt the same and from there grew our idea of YEDTalks’.
YEDTalks are spreading around the world
Although YEDTalks only started in Jan 2017 it’s already listened to in over 40 countries around the world and there are about 50 podcasts available to listen to. You can find all the podcasts at: www.yoganuu.com/yed-talks.
I also asked Lindsey out of all the podcasts which have stood out for her, she replied ‘each and every podcast has something unique and special about it and especially when you’re talking to someone about their yoga journey. Interviewing special guests Bhakti yogi’s and internationally renowned singers of mantra Deva Premal and Miten was a really magical moment.
